Mr. Nowell is a nationally recognized sales skills & sales management trainer and motivational speaker. Will had the privilege of working hands on in the business and consulting with many of the top companies in the industry. Will has developed a solid track record of helping companies raise occupancy rates and improve sales efficiency through sales training, sales research, mystery shopping and full service sales and marketing management solutions.

Will is the author of a best selling book, “ValueMatch Selling: Everybody Lies – Let’s Be Honest” in 2001 and more recently, “ValueMatch Selling for Home Builders”. Based on years of collecting and analyzing thousands of real life mystery shopping results, he has written numerous articles that have been published in various publications including: A.L. Today, Housing Executive Report, National Sales and Marketing Management, Speaker Magazine, L. T.C. Magazine, Quirks Research and Arizona Society of Quality Management and the John Hopkins Research Journal. Today, Will continues to contribute to many trade magazines and routinely publishes content on the Senior Housing forum and Peak Performance Blogs.
