I just get a kick out of seeing the light come on and witness the transformation in their attitudes, confidence and abilities.
It’s cool to hear sales people say that they feel more comfortable selling from their heart and a service perspective. It’s awesome to hear that sales people leave knowing how they can help prospects cut through the noise and clarify what is most important and valuable to them before they start, “selling”.
