3. You can’t fake Integrity and you can’t sell without it
If you are going to make your living as a sales person, then you want to make sure the work lines up with your values and you believe in the products you are selling. I believe selling is all about integrity. It involves a one-on-one relationship with trust and promises made and kept between two or more people. Because of that belief, I have a responsibility to be the best salesperson I can possibly be. I work on improving my skills, knowledge, and understanding of sales everyday so that I can honor the trust a prospect places in me when they walk through the door. Selling is about truth and integrity.
